ACTIVA SRL was founded in 2014 as a young start-up over time it has increasingly expanded, established and consolidated becoming a leading company in the sector, thanks to the experience, also in the international field, of the founding partners, on the Administration of Real Estate, Condominiums and more generally on the competence of Property and Facility Management, Real Estate Management (full management of the property), thus clearly differentiating itself from the traditional role of the Condominium Administration or the Administrators of private real estate assets and instead extending their functions and capabilities organization to a system that takes into consideration the property in all its complexity, responding to needs with daily assistance, constant support, monitoring of maintenance plans, the efficiency of interventions, the seriousness of qualified technicians, punctuality and availability, full technical and professional assistance, with resolution de technical problems 24 hours a day.

Intervention Area: We intervene in Sicily – Nebrodi Area (Metropolitan City of Messina) and mainly in the municipalities of Brolo, Capo d’Orlando, Castell’Umberto, Rocca di Capri Leone, Tortorici, Torrenova, Sant’Agata di Militello, up to Santo Stefano di Camastra with international relations in various countries of the world.

Activities: As of April 30, 2022, Activa is present with more than 50 managed condominium properties concentrated in the Nebrodi area for ordinary, extraordinary and complex management practices of condominium and also private properties.
Over the years we have also conducted real estate management practices on behalf of Italian citizens residing abroad (this thanks to the frequent and fluent use of the English language) and in this case citizens residing in: France, Germany, Australia, United States, Argentina. Support and administrative assistance for the management of both funds and properties but also maintenance and management practices of the owners: succession, IMU, accounting, assistance in deeds of sale, etc. always guaranteeing maximum satisfaction.

Interventions: The management of the properties takes place through various types of practices ranging from simple management (accounting and ordinary administration) to moderately complex practices (reorganization of management accounts, extraordinary maintenance, reorganization of services for the condominium) up to very complex practices management of interventions on properties through 90% tax relief bonuses (1 operationally and correctly concluded on 30.12.2021) and 110% practices – Relaunch Decree, ecc… – for individual properties, condominium and public administration relations), relations with the public administrations even in the case of super-condominiums.
