In this case there are five large area plans:
  1. The Territorial Landscape Landscape Plan 3-4-5- of Palermo (PTP d’Ambito, Cs);
  2. The General Scheme (SdM) of the Provincial Territorial Plan of Agrigento (SdM of PTP, Cl);
  3. The Urban Mobility Plan (PUM) and related Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the City of Acireale (Ct, CT)
  4. The Guidelines for the Territorial Strategic Plan (PST) of the Biodistretto dei Nebrodi (PST, T, Messina);
  5. Planning for the Seismic Microzonation of the Sicilian Region (MZS, Dip. Prot. Civ. RegioneSiciliana-Ct).
On the other hand, there are twelve municipal and sector urban planning:
  1. The General Town Plan of Gioiosa Marea (PRG, T, Me) – Adoption of the Commissioner ad Acta of the ARTA of the Sicilian Region (2020);
  2. The Plan of Use of the Maritime Property of Gioiosa Marea (PUDM, version Ct , 2015), and in any case he has been a designer and consultant in various forms and roles for this institution for eighteen (18) years;
  3. The General Town Plan of Villafranca Tirrena (T, ME) – Adoption by the City Council (2017);
  4. The Plan of Use of the Maritime Property of Villafranca Tirrena (PUDM, T, Me);
  5. The General Urban Plan of Capo d’Orlando (PUG, T, ME);
  6. The Plan of Use of the Maritime State Property of Capo d’Orlando (T, ME);
  7. The General Urban Plan of Raccuja (PUG, Ct , ME);
  8. The General Town Plan of Novara di Sicilia (PRG, T, Me, adaptation);
  9. The General Town Plan of Valderice (PRG, T, TP), Adoption of the City Council (2021); Approval from the Civil Engineers of the Sicilian Region (2023).
  10. The Plan of Use of the Maritime Property (PUDM) of the Municipality of Gioiosa Marea (Drafting from scratch 2022-2023 with approval by the City Council, pursuant to Resolution No. 44 of 4.04.2023).
  11. The Plan of Use of the Maritime Property of the Municipality of the Isle of Ustica (T, Pa);
  12. The General Urban Plan and Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Municipality of Mirto (PUG+VAS, Me, T, 2024 ongoing).
Twenty-nine, on the other hand,  are the consultancies, assignments for specialist analyzes and evaluations of plans and programs:
  1. Preliminary Report (RP) of VAS of an urban variant for the establishment of a Social Housing in Valderice (T, TP);
  2. Environmental Report (RA) of VAS of an urban reclassification in the Municipality of Milazzo (T, Me);
  3. Demographic and socio-economic study to support the General Urban Planning Plan (PUG) of the Municipality of Misilmeri (T, Pa);
  4. Specialized Environmental studies and preparatory to the VIA-VAS-AIA authorization for the waste collection platform in Trapani (T, Tp) -Approval by ARTA Decree of the Sicilian Region;
  5. Observations on the Territorial Landscape Plan of Area 1, (T, Tp);
  6. Landscape Report relating to an extension project of an already existing consortium landfill in the city of Trapani (T, Tp);
  7. Environmental Monitoring Plan (MAP) of the SEA of the PRG of Priolo Gargallo of the PRG of the Municipality of Priolo Gargallo (T, Sr);
  8. Preliminary Report (RP) of VAS relating to the variant for the change of intended use of an area located for the construction of an inter-municipal kennel located in Valderice (T, Tp) – Approval by Decree of the ARTA of the Sicilian Region.
  9. Technical-Scientific Consultancy and Technical-Operational Collaboration (on behalf of the PwC Holding) to the preparation of the SEA for the updating of the Regional Mobility Manager Plan (PDRM-PIIM of the Sicilian Region – PA) and Environmental Strategic Assessment (VAS) -Approval by Decree of the Sicilian Region (Cs, Pa).
  10. Technical-Scientific Consultancy for the preparation of the Preliminary Report (RP) for a variant of the PRG of the Municipality of Capo d’Orlando (T, Me);
  11. Preliminary Report (RP) and Environmental Report (Aa) of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the variant to the PRG of the Municipality of Valderice (T, Tp);
  12. Urban and environmental and landscape consultancy on the PRG and for the connection and coordination between the drafting of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and the drafting (analysis and project) of the General Regulatory Plan (PRG), Technical Implementation Standards (NTA) and of the Municipal Building Regulations (REC) for the Municipality of Villafranca Tirrena (Cs, Me) -Adoption by the Municipal Council.
  13. Preliminary Strategic Environmental Assessment Report (SEA) of a Subdivision Plan in Areas C1 of the PRG of the Municipality of Enna (T, En).

Knowledge framework of the historical building heritage of the ancient village of Capri Leone (ME), in order to form a strategic document for the enhancement of the settlement heritage for tourism purposes and for the proposal of a Framework Plan for the Recovery of the Historic Center (Ct , Me).
